The practice was commissioned by the Langham
Estate to carry out the refurbishment of Audley
House, a Listed Grade II star 7 storey office building.
The refurbishment included substantial demolition
and complete internal renovation to create a modern
office environment. An important element of the
project included the creation of a new entrance on a
prominent corner in Great Titchfield Street.
The ground floor and basement have been fitted out
as show suites for the property developer tenants
who took a long lease on the whole building after the
construction works were completed.
Facade restoration: The external stonework was
inspected piece by piece and selected areas were
cut out and replaced with matching Portland stone to
ensure the integrity of the structure.
