We were commissioned to carry out the
renovation, conversion and extension of two
adjacent five storey Victorian townhouses into
self contained flats over six floors, including the
addition of a mansard roof. After careful
presentation of well thought out architectural and
planning arguments, Planning Permission and
Listed Building Consent was won through for the
new mansards storeys to be added to both
buildings as well as the rear extensions.
Previous applications for additional roof
extensions had been rejected by Westminster
City Council. The buildings have been
completely gutted, extended and subdivided into
self contained modern studio flats.
